FAQ'S

Q. I have one of the codes, will it be my cluster at fault?

A. No, not necessarily. If you are not sure if your cluster is at fault then we recommend you have the issue diagnosed before posting your cluster to us.

Having said this, due to the nature of the issues with these clusters, if you push the front of the cluster or give a small bang on the dash above the cluster, this can 95% of the time cause the fault to come & go, or make it worse if the cluster is at fault. If your cluster / issues do go or get worse when following this test then we can help you. If your cluster does not then we recommend you have the issue diagnosed before posting your instrument panel out to us.

Q. If you can not repair my cluster what happens?

A. Our repair success rate is very high however in the event that we can not repair a cluster we can offer a few things:

  • We issue a full refund and return your cluster
  • We can clone your data on to another cluster, this will transfer any milage and will remove the need for coding of the second hand cluster. This scenario either you can supply your own used cluster or we can source one for you.

Q. Do we get warranty on the repair?

A. Yes our instrument cluster repair services come with a lifetime warranty. LCD screen replacements come with a 12 months warranty.
