This service is for the repair of common electronic faults within Ford instrument clusters, particularly failures caused by deteriorated or cracked solder connections within the cluster.

Your original instrument cluster is repaired at component level and tested before being returned to you. As your original unit is retained, no mileage correction or programming is required when refitted to the same vehicle.

This repair is suitable for many Ford Focus, C-Max, Kuga, Mondeo and S-Max instrument clusters.

Will my cluster need programming after repair?

Normally no. We repair your original instrument cluster, so the existing vehicle information is retained.

Does this repair include the LCD display?

No. LCD/display replacement is not included in the standard repair price. If your LCD requires replacement, please contact us as this may be available at an additional cost.

Does a fault code mean my instrument cluster is definitely faulty?

No. Communication, immobiliser and CAN-related fault codes can also be caused by wiring, power supply or other vehicle faults. Our repair guide contains further diagnostic information.

How long does the repair take?
